Maple Balsamic Dressing

4 cloves roasted garlic

4 shallots peeled

1/4 cup honey

1/3 cup lemon juice

1/2 cup Forty to One cooking syrup

1/3 cup balsamic vinegar

1 1/3 cup vegetable oil

1/3 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Process first six ingredients in a blender or food processor.  With processor running, drizzle oils in slowly.  Refrigerate.  Makes 2 3/4 cups dressing.
